Established in 2023, the center invites a speaker in the field of inborn errors of immunity to speak at Washington University and interact with trainees and faculty. The 2023 speaker was Stuart Tangye, PhD, Garvin Institute, Australia.
Translational Immunology Conference (TIC)
The Center for Pediatric Immunology with the Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic and Research Center for Primary Immunodeficiencies at St. Louis Children’s Hospital hosts a monthly Translational Immunology Conference (TIC). The goal of TIC is to bring together clinicians, scientists, and trainees to discuss challenging and unique cases in pediatric immunology and highlight the latest in relevant research at Washington University. Each conference includes a case presentation and a research talk.
